Caution! Upon Successful disaffiliation, all rights given by the Constitution of Students’ Union can no longer be enjoyed.

就讀香港城市大學的研究生如欲退出香港城市大學研究生會，請直接向該會提出申請。
Postgraduate students who would like to withdraw their CityU Postgraduate Association membership should apply to CUPA directly.

如退會者欲再成為會員，需另行遞交入會申請表及繳交相關款項。

If one wishes to be a member again, you will need to submit the application form and pay related fees again. 

以下為退會後將失去之權利  You will forfeit the following rights if you disaffiliate:

1. 出席所有學生會舉行的全民大會、聯席會議、評議會會議及仲裁委員會之仲裁會議；
   To attend all General Meetings, Allied Meeting, Council Meetings and Arbitrate Meetings of the Arbitration Committee of the Union;
2. 在全民大會中發言及投票及在全民投票中投票；
   To speak and vote at General Meetings and to vote at General Polling of the Union;
3. 參與競選；提名及和議候選人參與競選；並有權在選舉中投票；
   To stand for election and to nominate and second candidate(s) for election and to vote at the elections;
4. 有資格成為學生會各附屬組織之成員；
   To be eligible for membership of the affiliated associations of the Union;
5. 在遵照學生會規章及細則下，可享用學生會設施；
   To use the facilities under the control of the Union, subject to the provisions of the rules and regulations in force;
6. 參與學生會各項活動及出任學生會之職位；
   To participate in all functions and activities of the Union, and to hold offices in the Union;
7. 享有退出學生會之權利；
   To be entitled to the right to disaffiliate from the Union;
8. 享有其他學生會賦予的權益。
   To be entitled to other rights and privileges as may be conferred by the Union.

申請資格  Eligibility:

會藉生效後起，除退會申請及向仲裁委員會提出訴訟外，未曾使用本會任何服務。否則，會員仍可申請退會，但其會費將不獲發還。另外，除非在會籍生效日起計十八個工作天內申請退會，否則其會費亦不會獲發還。

Besides applying for resignation and going to arbitration, one must not have used any of the services provided by City University of Hong Kong Students’ Union since the membership is in effect. Members may still apply for disaffiliation if they have used any of the above service. However, the membership fee will not be refunded.  Also, the fee will not be refunded unless applied within 18 working days since the membership effective date. 

退款金額  Amount of Refund： (如適用 If applicable)

• 新入會會員： $70（入會費） + $140（年費）
  New member: $70 (Entry Fee) + $140 (Annual Fee)
• 非新入會會員： $140（年費）
  Non-new member: $140 (Annual Fee)

退款時，學生會將扣除處理入會和退會時所產生的交易手續費及行政費。

When processing the refund, payment platform service fee and administrative fee will be deducted.
